中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討大學生的人格特質與網路禮儀素養之相關性,以南部地區技職院校大學生為受訪對象,問卷調查時間為2010年9月23日至2010年10月29日止,共發放700份問卷,問卷回收後,剔除填答不完整之廢卷,實得有效問卷為643份,有效樣本使用率約91.86%。研究結果發現:(1) 本研究之受試者以19歲以下之科技大學生居多,其人格特質具有親和性高,容易與人相處,且有較低的神經質人格特質表現。而在網路禮儀素養方面,受試者較注重私人信件的安全與隱私,亦即希望收到郵件時是獲得尊重的;然而對於網路文件格式是否合宜是較不重視的。(2)在人格特質方面,技職院校大學生之性別會影響外向性及開放性的人格特質;其中女性較男性有較高的外向性人格特質,而男性較女性有較高的開放性人格特質。高家庭社經地位的大學生比中、低家庭社經地位的學生,具有較高的開放性人格特質。(3)在網路禮儀素養方面,不同性別會影響「正確」的網路禮儀素養;其中男性比女性有較高的【正確】、【清楚】及【安全與隱私】之網路禮儀素養。而不同年齡與網路禮儀素養之差異部分,未滿20歲之學生比20~25歲學生較能寫出清楚、完整、讓人容易辨識的句子,而且亦重視公共安全與個人隱私之網路禮儀精神;而不同家庭社經地位受測者之間並無網路禮儀素養之差異。(4)大學生之人格特質與網路禮儀素養有關,但相關程度不高。 |
英文摘要 | This study explored the relationship between personality traits and netiquette Literacy of technological and vocational students in Southern Taiwan, and the duration was from September 23, 2010 to October 29, 2010. 700 questionnaires were sent, and 643 were valid. The utility rate of valid questionnaires is 91.86%. The findings were as follows: 1. The participants were college students younger than 20 years old, and their personalities are easygoing, agreeable and with low neuroticism. In the netiquette, the participants cared about the safety of personal email, privacy and hoped to be respected when they received emails. However, they paid less attention to the format of emails. 2. In personality, gender was a factor of personality. For example, females were more extrovert than males, and males were opener than females. Besides, the participants are extrovert and agreeable. Students with high social economic status were opener than those with low social economic status. 3. In Netiquette, gender could influence the correctness of netiquette. Males had higher correctness, clearness, and cared more about safety and privacy than females. In the differences between ages and netiquette, students younger than 20 years old could wrote more clear and complete sentences than those who were between 20 to 25 years old, and they paid attention to safety and personal privacy in netiquette. There were no differences between the participants who were in different social economic status. 4. Little relationship was shown between personality and netiquette. |
