中文摘要 | 新元寺掛佛受到矚目的原因,有以下兩點:一、以圓滿報身盧舍那佛為主尊在靈鷲山說華嚴大法。二、盧舍那佛不是如來形,而是頭戴寶冠、兩手上舉、持說法印的菩薩造型。透過本文研究,可知所繪是佛陀初成正覺,在菩提道場現盧舍那身,頓說《華嚴經》和第一次放光神變的內容。所依經據來自《華嚴經》、《梵網經》、《華嚴遊意》等諸經說教義,以及高麗末天台宗僧侶浮庵無寄所撰《釋迦如來行蹟頌》。從畫記題以〈大靈山會幀〉來看,顯現盧舍那說《華嚴》大法等同是釋迦靈鷲山說《法華》,一佛說二教的意涵。也反映出當時禪宗在教界所處的主導地位,以及華嚴融攝於禪宗的處境。韓國目前所遺存最古的「寶冠.說法印.菩薩形盧舍那佛」的佛畫圖像來自高麗末靈通寺〈《大方廣佛華嚴經疏》變相圖〉,乃高麗自中國引進。朝鮮後期由於華嚴學的興盛和受到尊崇,此圖像被廣泛地描繪於與華嚴和天台教說有關的各種佛畫題材之中,顯現了不同於高麗時期以法身毘盧遮那佛造像為主的特色。新元寺掛佛的題材可看作是由〈八相幀〉中的〈鹿苑轉法〉以及〈三身佛會圖〉所發展衍生而來,畫面以主尊像放光的瑞相為聚焦點,運用華麗的裝飾手法,詮釋報身佛圓滿莊嚴的形像。 |
英文摘要 | Kwaebul painting for the Dharma Assembly on Mt. Grdhadhuta in Sinwonsa Temple has attracted public's attention by following two reasons. First, it represents the scene where Locana Buddha as the perfect Sambhogakāya is preaching HuaYan Sutra on Mt. Grdhadhuta. Second, Locana Buddha has not proved to be the first Tathaˉgata (he doesn't demonstrate himself as the first Tathaˉgata) but a Bodhisattva wearing luxurious robes and the crown. According to such a performance in the Kwaebul painting, we can assume that it has been influenced by the HuaYan Sutra and Seokga Yeorae Haengjeok Song by the monk Buan Mugi in the late Goryeo dynasty. On the other hand, it can be regarded as an extension of Seokgapalsangdo (the great preaching), which depicts Sega Yeorae's entire life in eight contracted scenes. As the essence of doctrine, it considers the Locana Buddha as Gautama Buddha and enlightenment as the core value. As a result, although the Locana Buddha appears in the painting, he is actually on behalf of the Gautama Buddha and his preachment. The painting assimilates the various parts of the HuaYan Sutra and Lotus Sutra. |
