中文摘要 | 本文是將發光二極體LED與導光管LGP結合,進行圓形與圓內切八邊形導光管單因素照度分析,及利用正交設計法找最佳照度均勻度的電腦輔助分析。首先是進行LED、透鏡及導光管的建模,利用TracePro光學模擬軟體製作LED外形,並將飛利浦白光LED(LXHL-BW02)的實驗配光曲線與光譜數據輸入,分析過程中考慮4種單因素分別為導光管截面尺寸、前段長度、後段彎曲角度及材質(ARCYLIC),初步分析照度變化之結果。接著進行4因素3水平的田口正交設計及照度均勻度的分析,材質則考慮PC、PMMA及BK7,獲得照度均勻度之最高方案及優方案,並進行交互比較,以得到照度均勻度相對較高的最佳方案。 |
英文摘要 | The main topic of this study is to combine the light emitting diode (LED) with light guide pipe (LGP) and to procedethe single-parameter illuminance analysis in LGPwith circular and circular-inscribed octagon cross sections, and execute the orthogonal design method for uniformity. Initially, the profilemodeling including the LED, the plano-convex lens,and LGPis constructed by the optical simulation software-TracePro. The previous experimental results of Light distribution and wavelength relation in Philips white LED (LXHL-BW02)are used to simulate design system. Then illumination analysis for four parameters including cross-sectional dimension, the front length of the LGP, the bending angle of the rear section of LGP, and the materials of LGP (ARCYLIC) are performed. Then the appropriate values of these parameters are determined. Finally, the Taguchi orthogonal design method with four parameters of three levels are performed for circular and inscribed octagon shapes with three materials as POLYCARBONATE (PC), PMMA, and BK7. The comparisons between the optimal and high illuminance are made and the best solutions with high uniformityare foundlastly. |
