中文摘要 | 本文是進行三基色紅、綠及藍等發光二極體(RGB LEDs)組合混成白光的研究。首先進行配光曲線實驗,得到RGB LEDs個別在驅動電壓4~10V下與白光LED在驅動電壓3V下的配光曲線含照度值,接著由光譜探測儀量測得到光譜數據,並將配光曲線與光譜這二者數據輸入至TracePro軟體模擬,將模擬出來的RGB LEDs混光之照度、混光實驗所得之配光曲線與光譜,與白光LED對應之數據作比較。由混光光譜實驗結果知,當B LED電壓6V時飽合,無法與其他RG LEDs混成出白光;及知當RGB LEDs電壓在6V、4V及4V或4V、4V及4V下混光時,由光譜結果知其在450nm~500nm明顯較接近白光光譜,但在500nm ~700nm則較不明顯。 |
英文摘要 | This paper focuses on the mixing of red, green, and blue LEDs to form a white light. First, we precede the measurement of Candela plot and illuminance when RGB LEDs under voltage from 4 to 10V and white LED under 3V. Next, we obtain the spectra from spectrometer. Then, both data above are input to TracePro to simulate the illuminance for the mixed white light. Compared to white LED, when B LED is applied on 6V, spectra saturation happens, and can not obtain a mixed white light with other RG LEDs. Further, when RGB LEDs are under the combination of 6,4,4V or 6,4,4V, respectively, we know their spectra are in 450~500nm close to, in 500~700nm not obviously close to white light spectrum. |
