中文摘要 | 電接觸裝置是用以接續電路的裝置,故任何與電有關之產品皆須用到。電路系統損壞常導因於電接觸裝置在持續開關動作中產生的電弧沖蝕、材料變形及熔融接合等問題。故良好電接觸材料除須具有優異的熱、電傳導性外,尚須具有熔點高、耐沖蝕及易加工等特性。銅金屬因具有優良熱、電傳導性與價廉等優點,而廣泛應用於一般電接觸裝置上,但卻也因其高溫性質低劣而不被採用於重負載與高級電接觸裝置上。Mo/Cu複合材料是將具有高熔點、高強度和低熱膨脹係數的鉬與低熔點和高導電(導熱)的銅,經由粉末冶金工藝製成具有特殊性能之合金材料,而後應用於封裝、電接觸及散熱器材料。本文嘗試以無電鍍銅配合粉末冶金法,製作不同鉬重量百分比之Mo-Cu複合材料,藉由鉬顆粒強化銅基複合材料機械性質,並保持其高導電率,以提高銅金屬在高性能電接觸材料上之應用範疇。研究結果顯示,鉬含量3wt%時,具有7476次電弧沖蝕壽命,而鉬含量6wt%時,可得97.32%IACS導電率及5731次電弧沖蝕壽命的較佳平均電性質。 |
英文摘要 | Electrical contacts are used to continue the circuit device, and used in any electricity-related products. In general, damage of a circuit system is caused by arc erosion, deformation and melting of materials due to the continuous short arc of the electrical contact device. The material for electrical contacts must be excellent in thermal and electric conduction and have features of high melting point, erosion-resistance and ease in processing. Molybdenum (Mo) has high melting point, excellent high-temperature strength and low coefficient of heat expansion. Copper (Cu) has good electrical (thermal) conductivity and low melting point. Mo-Cu composite material is fabricated by using powder metallurgy to be provided with special properties, and then widely used in the packaging, electrical contact materials and heat sinks. The study will attempt to use electroless plating with powder metallurgical method to fabricate Mo-Cu composites with different weight percent of Mo. The mechanical properties of Cu-matrix composite are strengthened by the Mo particle and maintain its high conductivity; thus, the improvement of copper applications on high performance electrical contact areas can be achieved. The results showed that the composite with 3wt% of the molybdenum has 7,476 times arc erosion life. And the composite with 6wt% of the molybdenum has the better electrical properties with 97.32%IACS conductivity and 5,731 times arc erosion life. |
