中文摘要 | 創業機會一直是創業研究者有興趣的議題,然而並非所有的創業者都是先 看到了機會才開始有創業行動,可能是走一步算一步,之後再經過不斷修正而 來。本研究以Fletcher(2006)所提出的社會建構觀點,探討創業行動是如何在創 業者與社會不斷的互動中產生的。不同的是,過去有關創業的研究通常探討創 業者由無到有的創業歷程,本研究關注於廠商開發新通路的創業行動,因為廠 商因應環境變化的動態能力在本質上是具創業家精神的。本研究透過兩位經理 人的訪談顯示,創業行動者改變了社會場域,而社會場域又影響了創業的實踐; 先前成功的經驗對後續創業行動的認知與積極程度有密切關係;機會不是客觀 的等待有心人發掘,而是行動的所參與者與該實踐場域共同創造的過程。本研 究延續Fletcher的觀點探討廠商開發新通路的歷程,尤其是那些在創業過程中的 共同參與者。 |
英文摘要 | Entrepreneurial opportunity has been an important and interesting subject for researchers. However, not all the entrepreneurs are the first ones who identify the opportunities and then begin taking entrepreneurial actions. Instead, entrepreneurial actions are mostly modified by the actors step by step followed by numerous unsuccessful experiences. Viewing from Fletcher’s social construction theory, this study explores how entrepreneurial activity is interactively appearing between entrepreneurs and the society they are embedded. In particular, prior research focuses on entrepreneurial cases from ‘zero’ to business formation, this study investigates how firms develop new marketing channels because firm behaviors in response to environmental changes is essentially dynamic capabilities with entrepreneurial spirit. By in depth interviews, the results of this study show that managers’ entrepreneurial activities change social fields and the fields in turn influences the practice of those entrepreneurial activities. Previous successful experiences are closely related to the awareness of subsequent entrepreneurial activities. Opportunities are not objectively waited for exploration, but are communally constituted by all the participants and practice field. This study extends Fletcher’s theory to explore the processes of firms in developing new channels, especially those participants in the course of entrepreneurial activities. |
