中文摘要 | 放電加工線切割法技術在現代的模具加工業中已佔舉足輕重的地位,這是無庸置 疑的,而且模具加工技術的困難度又佔整個機機械加工業中之冠,不只在國內,收電加工線 切割法技術廣為大眾所接受,在國外也是如此;然而它的製造方法特殊,在製程上需要調整 與設定的參數很多,這些不定的參數正是灰色系統內所謂灰數,故作者大膽用灰色關聯分析 法,作放電加工線切割法製程最佳化的研究,並與模具工廠的老師傅傳統經驗值作一比對與 個案研究分析,發覺結果一致。 |
英文摘要 | This paper studies a quality improvement case of I EDM Wire Cutting Process technique, which is one of the most principal application devices in people's livelihood industry. Just due to these properties, so it suitable for the mass production of plastic products and great widely accepted by the foreign and domestic industries. The optimization of the EDM Wire Cutting Process was studied depending on the Experiment Method. We use an L �� 8(2 �薄� 3 �� ) Orthogonal Array Taguchi, G.(1996) , "Statistical Analysis (in Japanese) allocating 7 control factors (indices) in an experimental plan. Due its manufacturing method is special, and there are many parameters to be adjustable and setting. These uncertain parameters are just the grey nmnbers in the grey system, so the author boldly use the Grey Relational Analysis method in the manufacturing process optimization study of EDM Wire Cutting techniques, and compare with the results between it and Trial And Error experienced value supplied by the traditional mechanical workshop technicians, in the mean time do a case study and analysis, we found the results are unanimous. |
