| 中文摘要 | 本文主要目的為探究國民中學導師在課堂中,施行「品德教育」 活動時,所使用的互動內容與方式,並以屏東縣某國中7 年9 班35 位學生和導師為研究對象,採用錄影觀察、非正式訪談、訪談、撰寫 實地札記與回溯日記及蒐集文件等研究方法,進行28 次課室觀察後, 分析與歸納所得資料,進而提出研究結論:(一)研究個案在品德教 育的互動內容可包含:價值觀與待人處事的培養;互動方式可包含: 敘說自身經歷故事與他人故事。(二)研究個案在導師課室活動內, 與學生的互動特色為教師主動引導,學生被動接受。研究建議:(一) 導師對學生的品德觀培養影響頗大,應多充實相關輔導知能與技巧、 隨時省思自我價值觀或與同事組成討論會,針對學生問題進行討論, 以減少教師個人主觀意見或組織思維暴力對學生的傷害。(二)導師 應隨時省思自身與學生互動的方式,逐步轉成學生主動,教師協助輔 導的願景。 |
| 英文摘要 | This paper studies the interaction of classroom teacher in the class of character education, its contents and its methods. We take a class at a Junior high school in Pingtung County as the object of study. By observations, interviews, documents collecting, and so on, we have studied a classroom teacher and her 35 students in 28 times. After a careful analysis and taxonomy of data, we come to some tentative results: (1) The contents of character education include the cultivation of students’ values and the interaction with other people. (2) The methods taken by the classroom teacher include experience sharing, free expression and story telling stories. The paper is concluded with some following suggestions: (1) Reflection, discussion, and sharing about knowledge and counseling skill among colleagues should be promoted. (2) Classroom teacher should apply the methods of interaction to students so that they would be active in looking for teacher’s assistance. |
