中文摘要 | 臺灣北部因冬季多雨,草莓普遍栽培於塑膠棚內,以降低葉片及果實水傷與病害,然而塑膠棚架亦減少光強度與草莓光合作用所需之能量。本研究以‘豐香’草莓為材料,結果顯示在台北地區冬春季,PE塑膠棚內之光強度較露天少30%,設施內栽培之草莓全株光合作用亦較露天栽培者少30%。栽培末期全株葉面積減少35%,全株乾物重減少60%。結果顯示塑膠棚嚴重抑制草莓植株之營養生長及全株光合作用。遮光對果實產量及品質之影響有待進一步探討。 |
英文摘要 | Production of strawberry ("Fragaria" × "ananassa" Duch.) using plastic tunnel system is popular in northern Taiwan due to the rainy winter conditions. Although the plastic tunnel system provides shelter for strawberry leaves and fruits from the raining damage, it unavoidably reduces irradiation for energy source of photosynthesis. The negative effect of shading on whole-plant photosynthesis and growth has yet to be documented in strawberries. During winter and spring in Taipei area, the PE plastic tunnel system caused 30% declination of light intensity and led to 30% reduction of whole canopy photosynthesis rate in container-grown 'Toyonoka' strawberries. Consequently, total leaf area decreased by 35% and dry weight by 60% in the late production season in strawberry plants grown in the plastic tunnel, as compared to field-grown plants. The vegetative growth and whole canopy photosynthesis of strawberry plants in the tunnel was severely suppressed by the shading effect from the plastic tunnel. The consequences on yield and fruit quality in commercial strawberry production should be further evaluated. |
