| 中文摘要 | 本研究主要以提升椰子殼輕質混凝土強度為主,於「利用椰子殼輕質骨材拌 製輕質混凝土之研究」(趙宏章,2009)【1】已成功將椰子殼製成輕質骨材拌製成 椰子殼輕質混凝土,由於椰子殼輕質骨材高吸水率、高孔隙率及低顆粒強度所製 成之椰子殼輕質混凝土其強度並不高,本文利用防水膠包覆椰子殼降低椰子殼輕 質骨材之吸水率並提高顆粒強度,並採用較低水灰比配合高壓震動之方式,提高 椰子殼輕質混凝土之抗壓強度。 首先椰子殼輕質骨材分別做有無包覆防水膠試驗,然各別做物理性質分析及 比較,並以「ACI 211.2 法」作為配比設計方法,並針對材料上之差異加以修正, 拌製輕質混凝土進行抗壓強度及彈性模數量測,實驗結果顯示本文所採用之方法 有效提升椰子殼輕質混凝土強度。目前台灣每年廢棄椰子殼數量眾多,若椰子殼 應用於工程上,可降低砂石使用量及提升廢棄物再利用,符合京都議定書和綠建 築之精神。 |
| 英文摘要 | In this study, primary purpose is to enhance the strength of coconut shell lightweight concrete.“A study on the use of coconut shell as light weight aggregate to mixing light weight aggregate concrete”(Hong-Zhang Zhao,2009),successfully use of coconut shell as light weight aggregate and to mixing light weight aggregate concrete.But the coconut light weight aggregate as high water absorption,pore and low particle strength, so the concrete strength is not strong. In this paper, waterproof glue coated coconut shell reduce water absorption and increase particle strength. And low water-cement ratio with the pressure shock. Coconut shell concrete strength increase. First, lightweight aggregate made of coconut shell with and without coated waterproof glue.And then do analysis and comparison of physical properties. ACI 211.2 method was used for the mix proportion design, and based on material differences modifications were further made. Mixing lightweight concrete to perform pressure resistance, elastic modulus. Experimental results show that this effectively enhance the strength of coconut shell lightweight concrete. As Taiwan's annual waste a lot of coconut shell, use of coconut shell in the engineering, in addition, it can even reduce the amounts of gravel used and reused wastes, which meets with the directions of green buildings and the Kyoto Protocol. |
