中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討冒險教育課程對國中體育班學生團隊凝聚力之成效。為達研究目的,研究者針對屏東縣某國中之體育班學生,採「不等組前 -後測」準實驗設計,依有無參加冒險教育課程,分為實驗組 (26位) 與對照組 (16位)。採用「團隊凝聚力」量表(包含:人際親和、團隊合作、人際吸引與團隊適應等 4個構面)進行前、後測,並利用 SPSS 18.0 for Windows套裝軟體進行「相依樣本 t檢定」、「單因子共變數分析」與「效果量」之資料分析。研究結果發現有參加冒險教育課程之實驗組參與者之後測分數,在「團隊凝聚力」 F(1,39)=27.14, p < .05及其 4個構面,包括:「人際親和」 F(1,39)=18.88, p < .05, 「團隊合作」 F(1,39)=31.89, p < .05,「人際吸引」 F(1,39)=21.59, p < .05與「團隊適應」F(1,39)=21.37均明顯優於無參加冒險教育課程之對照組參與者,並達到統計上顯著水準。在本研究中以結合攜帶式冒險活動與高低空繩索所之冒險教育課程設計,能夠增進國中體育班學生之團隊凝聚力。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was to investigate the effects of the adventure education courses on sports-majored students’ group cohesion. Methods: Quasi -experimental as well as the pretest-posttest nonequivalent groups design were used. The participants were junior high students divided into two groups, including: experimental group participating in the adventure education courses (n=26) and control group without participating the experimental courses (n=16). The Group Cohesion scale (including 4 subscales: “attraction to the group-social orientation”, ATG-S; “group integration-task orientation”, GI-T; “attraction to the group-task orientation”, ATG-T; “group integration-social orientation”, GI-S) was taken to pretest and posttest the effects. Data analysis was conducted by SPSS 18.0 for Windows by the methods of paired t-test, One-way ANCOVA and effect size. Results: The experimental group received more significant and positive improvement on Group Cohesion F(1,39)=27.14, p < .05, ATG-S F(1,39)=18.88, p < .05, GI-T F(1,39)=31.89, p < .05, ATG-T F(1,39)=21.59, p < .05, GI-S F(1,39)=21.37 than the control group. Conclusions: The designed adventure education courses with integration of portable adventure activities as well as ropes courses could promote group cohesion. |
