中文摘要 | 本研究利用稻稈灰具鹼金屬之特性,以不同比例之稻稈灰水作為製備活性碳之天然活化劑,並探討以柳杉(Cryptomeria japonica)作為先驅物,經不同稻稈灰/水比(0.17、0.20、0.25 wt.%)活化與不同條件下製備成柳杉活性碳。結果得知,所製得活性碳之收率與碘值分別介於22.70-27.71 %與281.26-843.27 mg/g間,其中於稻稈灰/水比0.17 wt.%活化、活化溫度750 °C、活化時間1 h及0.5N HCI洗滌之條件(0.17-950-1-0.5N)下的收率及碘值為最高。孔隙特性方面,上述0.17-950-1-0.5N者,可製備較高比表面積699 m^2/g、微孔體積0.29 cm^3/g及總孔體積為0.33 cm^3/g之柳杉活性碳。而各製備活性碳以Bruauer、Deming、Deming及Teller(BDDT)分類法得知,在氮氣吸脫附等溫線上皆屬Type IV型,此表示活性碳之孔隙為微孔與中孔所組成,且因具有遲滯輪現象,又依International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry(IUPAC)分類可知,係屬H4類型,為具微孔且吸脫附曲線成平行之孔隙特性。上述可知,以稻稈灰作為天然活化劑製備成柳杉活性碳應具有其可行性。 |
英文摘要 | Rice straw ash, as a natural activating agent, with the characteristics of alkali metal to make different ratio of rice straw ash water was used for preparing activated carbon. Japanese cedar (cryptomeria japonica), as a precursor, was to prepare various activated carbons with different rice straw ash/water ratio (0.17, 0.20 and 0.25 wt.%) activation and preparing conditions. The yield and iodine value of Japanese cedar activated carbon were about 22.70-27.7 1 % and 281.26-843.27 mg/g. The activated carbon prepared with 0.17 wt.% of rice straw ash/water ratio, 750 DC of the activation temperature, 1 h of the activation time and then washed with 0.5N HCI (0.17-950-1-0.5N), was obtain the highest yield and iodine value. Japanese cedar activated carbon with 0.17-950-1-0.5N of prepared condition obtained that 699 m^2/g of the highest BET specific surface area, 0.29 cm^3/g of the micropore volume, and 0.33 cm^3/g of the total pore volume. According to the classification of Bruauer, Deming, Deming and Teller (BDDT), the nitrogen absorption-desorption isotherm of activated carbons was the type IV and the classification of hysteresis loop , meaning the pore structure was mainly with microporous and mesoporous, and they were also belonged to the crack shape pores of H4 type in accordance with the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (lUPAC), representing the pore characteristic s was the type of microporous structure and parallel for absorption-desorption curves. From the above mentioned, suggesting that it is feasibility to prepare the Japanese cedar activated carbons by using rice straw ash as the natural activating agent. |
