| 中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的為設計一款一體成型高性能散熱裝置來降低發光二極體接合溫度,以發揮發光二極體發光效率,其主要原理利用熱管直接與金屬底座一體成型結合以發揮模組之優越熱傳特性。實驗結果顯示一體成型熱管模組,可以有效降低LED晶片與散熱模組之接觸熱阻,而且整體熱阻值比一般傳統熱管散熱模組可降低約6.3~12.2%,因此非常適合用於LED車燈之散熱裝置。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to design a heat pipe module for cooling LED headlamp and reduced the junction temperature of LED. High junction temperature will not only reduce the light output and efficiency of LED, but also shift the peak wavelength of LED. The experimental method was the performance test of heat pipe module combined with LED at different test angle. Experimental results shows the thermal resistance of heat pipe module could reduce by 6.3~12.2% percent compared with the traditional module. Therefore, the heat pipe module is suitable for cooling LED head lamps. |
