中文摘要 | 游泳設施對於游泳技能學習及休閒運動態度養成具有重要影響,在政府大力推動學校學生學習游泳之際,學校或當地鄉鎮是否擁有游泳池,成為影響學生游泳學習成效的關鍵因素。惟苗栗縣是個缺乏游泳設施的縣份,全縣只有1所國小有游泳池,無游泳池鄉鎮數高達44%,故本研究旨在探討苗栗縣國小高年級學童在學習游泳的動機、游泳教學對於休閒運動態度之影響。本文以問卷調查法進行研究,針對苗栗縣全境18個鄉鎮國小高年級學童進行抽樣,共發放515份問卷,獲得485份有效問卷。並以SPSS for Windows 18.0統計套裝軟體進行資料分析,包含描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析、迴歸分析等統計方法,並有以下研究結果:一、在學習動機變項,本研究用因素分析萃取出獎賞、樂趣與成就、健康等三個因素,游泳教學變項萃取出情意與技能、認知等兩個因素,休閒運動態度變項則萃取出適應能力與運動技能、休閒喜好等兩個因素;二、在缺乏游泳設施的情況下,較不利於苗栗縣國小高年級學童在情意與技能方面的學習行為。學童對於游泳學習的主要動機來自於樂趣與成就、健康等兩個因素,強化學童在游泳學習的認知行為,有助於學童提升其適應能力與運動技能、休閒喜好兩方面的休閒運動態度。 |
英文摘要 | Swimming facilities have great influence on the learning of swimming skills and leisure sports attitude. While the government is promoting students' swimming learning, it can be one of the keys to influence students' learning whether there are swimming pools at schools or at townships or not. However, Miaoli is a county which is lack of swimming facilities, and there's only one elementary school having its own swimming pool, and 44% of the townships in Miaoli have no swimming pools. The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlations among learning motivation, swimming teaching, and leisure sports attitude of the grade five and six students in Miaoli County. Based on the questionnaire method, the grade five and six elementary school students were randomly sampled in the eighteen townships and 485 samples were valid. Data was analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis, independent-samples t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and regression analysis by SPSS for Windows 18.0. The results are as follows, first of all, learning motivation on reward, interests, achievement and health could enhance leisure sports attitude on adaptability, sports skills and leisure interests by strengthening swimming teaching on affection, skills and cognition. Swimming teaching on affection, skills and cognition had significantly positive mediating effects on learning motivation on interests, achievement and health and on leisure sports attitude on adaptability, skills and interests. Secondly, the grade five and six students had less swimming learning behavior on affection and skills under the environment of lacking swimming facilities. The students' motivation of swimming learning came mainly from the factors of interests, achievement and health, and their leisure sports attitude on adaptability, sports skills and leisure interests could be enhanced by strengthening their swimming learning on cognition. |
