中文摘要 | 本研究使用收集自阿里山地區9個台灣原生陸稻系統(accession),進行評估在水稻看天田直播栽培及慣行種植的方式下的生長表現。2012至2014年進行分析這些陸稻系統之間各年的農藝性狀、產量構成要素等差異。2012年8個陸稻系統以看天田種植之植株性狀差異顯著,其中系統8平均株高最高;在稻熱病感病程度上,系統4感病程度最低,且其抽穗時間較早。穗部特性方面,系統1、4和9皆具有長芒,顏色分別為深褐色、黑色及深褐色,其中系統4穗長最長約29.43公分,千粒重達32.89克。2013年於台南改良場嘉義分場以一般慣行法種植台灣9個原生陸稻系統,系統3、4兩者株高較矮未發生倒伏,系統5~9的株高偏高,並有倒伏現象,而收穫後比較9個陸稻系統的產量構成要素,系統間皆達顯著差異。同年於台南白河試區,將台灣厚生陸稻系統4和6以慣行栽培的方式進行種植,在植株性狀方面,系統6株高較系統4高;比較系統間產量構成要素,穗長、穗重、小區產量皆無顯著差異,系統4充實後期不易倒伏,稔實率高,而系統6則易脫粒。2014年3月於台南改良場嘉義分場,以系統4與台稉糯3號為材料,比較兩者小區產量,系統4和台稉糯3號分別為1.93kg/100 hill及2.48kg/100hill,每公頃產量則分別為4281.5 kg/ha及5503.7 kg/ha,結果顯示系統4是未來育種和稻米加工方面皆其有潛力的原生陸稻系統。 |
英文摘要 | This study used 9 Taiwanese native upland rice accessions collected from Alishan mountain range to evaluate their growth performance by rainfed and conventional farming. Agronomic traits and yield components were analyzed among these rice accessions from 2012 to 2014. In 2012, 8 rice accessions were grown in Zhongpu experimental field under rainfed cultivation. Accession 8 showed the tallest average plant height and accession 4 showed the earliest heading with highly resistant to rice blast disease. In panicles, accession 1, 4 and 9 bore long- awn in the grains. The longest panicle length was found in accession 4 which had 32.89 g maximum 1000-grain weight per panicle. Nine Taiwanese native upland accessions were also grown in Tainan District Agricultural Research and Extension Station by conventional farming in 2013. Compared to accessions 3 and 4, accessions 5,6,7,8, and 9 showed greater plant height. Analysis of yield components among these 9 accessions showed significantly differences. Cultivation of accession 4 and 6 in Baihe Tainan experimental field by conventional farming showed that accession 4 had higher fertility than accession 6, and no lodging phenomenon. No significantly differences were found in panicle length, panicle weight, and grain number per panicle. Moreover, accession 4 was furthen evaluated in Tainan District Agricultural Research and Extension Station by conventional farming. Compare to the control variety Taikeng Glutinous NO.3, the yield of accession 4 was lower than Taikeng Glutinous NO.3. The results revealed that accession 4 is a promising upland rice accessions to be applied in future breeding sptem and rice processing industry. |
