| 中文摘要 | 由於政治外交與國際貿易的特殊情境,談判議題一直是我國在國際體育事務中被關注的重點。談判學是一門實務性的學問,具有互相依賴、策略性互動、利益與衝突並存,以及以達成協議為目標的特性。為了發展有系統的談判知識,本文以賽局理論建構談判的基本架構;這個架構指出參賽者、策略、報酬、資訊與行動順序是賽局最基本的元素。有學者根據這些賽局元素,整理出國際談判的五個元素:結構、行為者、策略、過程與結果。本文根據這些元素,說明談判學在國際體育事務的可能應用範疇。透過這樣的論述,希望未來實務界與學術界可以充分結合,培養專業的國際體育事務談判人才。 |
| 英文摘要 | Due to the intricate nature of our country's diplomatic and international trade relations, the subject of negotiation has always been the key focus in international sports affairs. The art of negotiation is a practical subject, rich with characteristics such as mutual dependence, strategic interaction, co-existence of interests and conflicts, and the objective of coming to a consensus. To develop a systematic negotiation knowledge base, this article utilizes the game theory to establish a basic framework for negotiation; this framework lays ground for the fundamental factors of a game such as game participants, strategy, reward, information and action sequence. Some scholars formulated five elements of international negotiation based on these game elements: structure, actors, strategy, process and outcome. This article will explicate applicable areas of negotiations in international sports affairs based on these elements. Through such a description, it is hoped that a symbiosis of practice and theory can nurture professional talents for negotiation of international sports affairs. |
