| 中文摘要 | 胡瓜種苗2號為種苗改良繁殖場育成具有雌性及單為結果性之 優良品種,為推廣栽培該品種,進行採種試驗。經試驗結果顯示,該品種父本“944044”於1本葉苗期噴施250ppm AgN〇3溶液,每3天噴施1次計3次,即可誘發足夠的雄花供應雜交種子生產所需。母本 “944Fm2”授粉花朵數以10朵有較高之授粉效率,且植株可供應6 朵授粉雌花順利生育為成熟果。以AgN〇3溶液誘發父本雄花產生,並且釋放蜜蜂為授粉媒介,經試驗結果種苗2號雜交種子生產,在溫網室設施内可以蜜蜂授粉取代人工授粉,降低人力支出並提升授粉效益。 |
| 英文摘要 | The objectives of this research were concerned for new gynoecious F1 hybrid variety “Tss No.2-Gingbao” seed production technique. Tss No.2-Gingbao‘s male parent “944040” with staminate flower number treateded with 250 ppm AgNO3, and suitable female parent “944Fm2” pollinated flower were investigated also in this study. The results indicated that treatment of 944040 at one truth leaf stage with 250 ppm AgNO3 for three times were enough to pollinate for female seed production. The appropriate pollinated flowers were 8〜10 for “944Fm2” to produce F1 hybrid seed. AgNO3 solution induced staminate flowers of male parent produces and the bees were released as pollinators for hybrid seeds production. The results showed that hybrid seed production in “Tss No.2-Gingbao” grown in net house by using bee pollination could replace the artificial pollination, reduce pollination labor costs and improve efficiency. |
