中文摘要 | 本研究是先以相轉移法(phase inversion temperature,PIT)製備出穩定的water-in-oil(W/O)奈米乳液系統,再以幾丁聚寡醣(Chitosan oligosaccharide)為奈米膠囊之材質,併用交聯劑1-Ethyl-3-(3-dimethyl-aminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride(EDC);探討幾丁聚寡醣奈米顆粒當作為傳遞蛋白質的載體之包覆效率,奈米膠囊之粒子型態及表面電位所產生的影響。實驗證實在pH 5.5的條件下,使用交聯劑EDC和幾丁聚醣以(2:2)比例包覆牛血清白蛋白BSA,反應二小時可得到較佳之奈米膠囊載體。以交聯2小時的4%BSA包覆效率91.8%最多;且經皮的穿透通量也以4%BSA最高,並呈現出緩慢釋藥的過程。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the water-in-oil nanoemulsion was prepared by using the phase inversion temperature (PIT) emulsification method, and the drug bovine serum albumin (BSA) was encapsulated in chitosan oligosaccharide nanoparticle and carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC) cross-linking agent, which have been examined to investigate the effect on particle size and zeta potential. The results showed 4%BSA/COS-EDC (2:2) nanoparticle on pH 5.5 cross-linking at 2 hours obtained better encapsulation efficiency of 91.8% and skin permeation. And the drug delivery system presents the process of release was slowly. |
