中文摘要 | 輕量化的車體結構是延長電動車續航力的重要因素,也是汽油車提升燃油效率的有效方法;而複合材料的運用是車體結構輕量化不可或缺的一環。本文先就底盤碳纖維拉桿進行有限元素分析,以計算等效材料機械性質的作法,簡化複合材料分析模型並與鋁合金拉桿作受力變形比較,期許為後續複合材料車體最佳化設計提供更便捷的方法。 |
英文摘要 | The lightweight-body structure is an important factor to extend the battery life of electrical vehicles; it is also an effective way to enhance the fuel efficiency of engine ones. Therefore, the use of composite materials in the vehicle structures is a valuable approach to reduce the weight. This paper is a preliminary study of calculating the carbon fiber composite effective mechanical properties to simplify the finite element method analysis of the composite behaviors under external loads. The result of this study is expected to benefit further researches in analyzing more complicated composite vehicle structures and for doing the relevant optimum designs. |
