中文摘要 | 本研究以研究者自編的「國小高年級聽障學生性知識、性態度、性教育需求問卷」為工具,採用平均數與標準差等描述性統計描述現況,並以t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方式進行分析。研究對象為一般國小高年級(五、六年級)聽障生69人及三所啟聰學校國小部高年級聽障生40人,共有研究對象109人。研究結果如下:一、高年級聽障學生性知識答對率74.26%,以隱私答對率最高(占86.23%);性傳染病的性知識答對率最低(占64.83%)。而其性知識的主要來源是學校老師(占55.00%),其次為父母(占54.10%)。二、高年級聽障學生性態度以異性交往領域的得分較高;與父母親相處的現況為「很好」的占47.7%;性教育需求較高的領域為兩性關係。三、不同背景變項的高年級聽障學生,其性知識、性態度與性教育需求之間的差異性研究發現:(一)就讀於一般國小高年級聽障學生性知識得分高於就讀啟聰學校高年級聽障學生;(二)以口語溝通的高年級聽障學生的性知識得分高於以綜合溝通及手語溝通的高年級聽障學生;(三)父親教育程度為大學以上畢業的高年級聽障學生,在性知識上比父親教育程度為高中職及國小畢業的高年級聽障學生正確;(四)父親教育程度為大學畢業的高年級聽障學生的性態度較正向;(五)母親教育程度高的高年級聽障學生的性知識得分較高;(六)不同背景變項的高年級聽障學生在性教育需求上,根據樣本無顯著差異。在不同背景變項的高年及聽障學生在性教育需求上均相同,顯示在性教育需求的領域中,仍有許多需要加強及改進的地方。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the current situation in sexual knowledge, sexual attitudes, and sexuality education need of the hearing-impaired students in the fifth and sixth grades.One hundred and nine participants (69 students from general elementary schools and 40 from three elementary schools for the deaf) were purposively selected for the study. Self-designed questionnaires were used to collect the data through analysis by descriptive statistics. T-test and one-way ANOVA analysis were further employed to obtain the data. The main findings were as follows: 1. The average percentage of the correct answers for sexual knowledge was 74.26%. Among the questions, the correct answer to “privacy” had the highest percentage (86.23%); sexually infected diseases, had the lowest percentage (64.83%). The main sources of their sex knowledge were teachers (55.00%) and parents (54.10%). 2. In sexual attitude, the score of “relationship with the opposite sex” was relatively high, in comparison to that of “homosexuality”. The higher the father’s education, the more positive his influence on the children. 3. In evaluating the needs for sexuality education, the results showed there was no significant difference among students' background variables. The findings reveal that students of hearing impairment from different schools have the same needs for sexuality education and gender education, which needs to be strengthened and improvised in schools and families. Some suggestions are given to educational administrative authorities, school administrative units, special education teachers and parents. Futher studies are recommended, too. |
