中文摘要 | 目的:本研究在探討原漢國中生對性知識、態度、行為及性教育需求之現況,並比較兩者之差異性。材料與方法:採橫斷性調查法,以立意取樣方式,選取東部地區原住民國中生208位及漢族國中生247位為研究對象,以結構式問卷進行資料收集。研究工具包括研究對象基本資料表、性知識量表、性態度量表、性行為量表及性教育需求量表。結果:原漢國中生性知識答對率偏低,性態度屬正向,性行為方面與異性交往--曾有過的次數及曾接觸的人數均屬少數;兩組學生的性教育需求皆偏高,且以人際關係與交往的需求最高,以逐步複迴歸控制原漢學生有明顯差異之人口學特性,顯示漢族學生在性知識的答對率及性態度得分皆明顯高於原住民學生。另以積差相關發現原漢學生性知識、性態度及性教育需求呈顯著正相關,而性知識與性行為則呈負相關。結論:本研究結果可提供有關單位瞭解原漢國中生性知識、性態度及性教育需求,針對不同族群修訂國中性教育課程之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the differences between aboriginal and non-aboriginal junior high school students regarding sexual knowledge, attitudes, behavior and sexual education needs. Materials and Methods: This was a cross-sectional study, and was conducted with purpose sampling. It involved 208 aboriginal and 247 non-aboriginal junior high school students. A structured questionnaire was stylized as a research tool for data collection. The structured questionnaire consisted of five major dimensions: basic personal information, scale of sexual knowledge, scale of sexual attitudes, scale of sexual behavior and scale of sexual education needs. Results: Aboriginal and non-aboriginal junior high school students both scored low in sexual knowledge. The two groups of students showed positive sexual attitudes. In addition, the scores of sexual behavior and sexual contact experience were low in both groups of students. In sexual education needs, the two groups of students had higher scores, with the highest in interpersonal relationships and contact needs. According to stepwise regression, non-aboriginal junior high school students showed significantly higher scores than aboriginal students in sexual knowledge and attitudes. According to Pearson's correlation, there is a positive correlation within sexual knowledge, sexual attitudes and sexual education needs between the two groups of students. Conclusion: It is expected that this study can be an important reference for modifying sexual educational programs for junior high school students. |
