中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討國民小學教師知識管理與教學創新之現況與相關情形。本研究採取問卷調查法,以分層隨機方式抽取桃園縣公立國民小學530名教師為對象,研究工具為研究者自編之「教師知識管理與教學創新關係之問卷」,回收有效問卷483份,有效回收率為91%。蒐集資料分別以描述性統計、積差相關、逐步迴歸分析與結構方程模式進行分析。本研究使用結構方程模式驗證國小教師知識管理與教學創新的線性關係,結果發現有良好適配度與參數估計。根據研究結論,提出建議供教育行政單位與校長領導之參考。 |
英文摘要 | This research aims to probe into the current condition and correlation of elementary school teachers' knowledge management and teaching innovation. The method of questionnaire survey was adopted with stratified random sampling and 530 public elementary schoolteachers from Taoyuan County were selected and given the Questionnaire for Research on Schoolteachers' Knowledge Management and Teaching Innovation. The effective sample size was 483 persons; the recollection rate of effective questionnaires was 91%. The data collected was analyzed and tested via a good number of statistic measures including descriptive statistics, product-moment correlation, multiple regression and structural equation modeling. The result show a good degree of fit with the parameter estimates. Based on the result, this study has provided some suggestions for educational administrations and principal's leadership. |
