中文摘要 | 100年市售即食食品之衛生安全監測,由22個縣市衛生局每月至各該轄區之便利商店、大賣場、超級市場、一般餐飲店及攤販,針對販賣之便當、涼麵、麵食、三明治、米飯製品(壽司、飯糰、米漢堡等)、麵包及生鮮截切蔬果(生菜沙拉、水果盤等)七大類即食食品進行稽查與抽驗,並依行政院衛生署公告之檢驗方法進行檢驗,100年各衛生局共稽查35,698家業者,稽查相關產品共120,983件,抽驗3,860件,其中150件不合格,不合格率為3.9%。分析七大類即食食品抽驗不合格率,不合格率以涼麵最高(10.2%),生鮮截切蔬果次之(5.9%);對不符規定者,地方衛生機關均已依食品衛生管理法第三十三條處辦,令其限期改正,屆期未改正者,處新台幣3萬元以上15萬元以下罰鍰。 |
英文摘要 | The monitoring program of hygienic safety on ready-to-eat products was performed in 2011 by 22 local health bureaus in Taiwan. Products included meal-to-go, cold noodles, noodles, sandwiches, rice products, breads and fresh-cut fruits and vegetables sold in convenience stores, wholesale stores, supermarkets, general food stores and venders. The samples were analyzed by the methods promulgated by the Department of Health. The total number of selling locations audited is 35,698, and 120,983 products were inspected. The overall violation rate was 3.9% in 3,860 samples. Among 7 categories, cold noodles had the highest rate of violation (10.2%), fresh-cut fruits and vegetables were the next one (5.9%). The local governments have enforced the penalty according to the Act Governing Food Sanitation. |
