中文摘要 | 99年度市售即食食品之衛生安全監測計畫之執行,由25縣市衛生局每月至各該轄區之便利商店、大賣場、超級市場、一般餐飲店及攤販,針對販賣之便當、涼麵、麵食、三明治、米飯製品(壽司、飯糰、米漢堡等)、麵包及生鮮截切蔬果(生菜沙拉、水果盤等)七大類即食食品進行稽查與抽驗,並依行政院衛生署公告之檢驗方法進行檢驗,99年度各衛生局共稽查50,441家業者,稽查相關產品共158,224件,抽驗2,374件,其中103件不合格,不合格率為4.3%。分析七大類即食食品抽驗不合格率,發現便利商店及超級市場販售之三明治(6.8及14.3%)與生鮮截切蔬果(6.6及17.4%)不合格率較高,大賣場販賣之米飯製品(4.3%)不合格率最高,一般餐飲店販賣之生鮮截切蔬果(15.1%)及涼麵(11.3%)不合格率較高,而其他(攤販等)的涼麵不合格率高達25.6%;對不符規定者,地方衛生機關均已依食品衛生管理法第三十三條處辦,令其限期改正,屆期未改正者,處新台幣3萬元以上15萬元以下罰鍰。 |
英文摘要 | The monitoring program of hygienic safety on ready-to-eat products was performed monthly in 2010 by 25 local health bureaus in Taiwan. Products included meal-to-go, cold noodles, noodles, sandwiches, rice products, breads and fresh-cut fruits and vegetables sold by convenient stores, whole sellers, supermarkets, general food stores and venders. The samples were analyzed by the methods which were promulgated by the Department of Health. The number of total selling locations audited is 50,441, and 158,224 products were inspected. The overall rate of violation was 4.3% in 2,374 samples. Among 7 categories, sandwiches and fresh-cut fruits and vegetables sold in convenient stores and supermarkets had higher while rice products sold in whole seller had the highest rate of violation. For general food stores, fresh-cut fruits and vegetables and cold noodles had higher rate of violation, while cold noodles sold in venders had the highest rate as of 25.6%. The local governments have enforced the penalty based on the Food Sanitation Management Act. |
