中文摘要 | 本研究以反應曲面法之三變數三層級實驗設計,探討不同添加比例之塑化劑 ﹝甘油、檸檬酸三乙酯、癸二酸二辛酯﹞混煉聚羥基丁酯戊酯 )/ 玉米澱粉,配 合擠壓加工技術開發生物可分解塑膠原料粒,並對各項處理組織產品進行機械性 質 ( 最大荷重、最大拉伸位移 )、物理性質 ( 吸水性指標、水溶性指標 ) 之測 定。擠壓機操作條件固定於套筒三段溫度分別控制為 170℃、170℃與 175℃, 模具溫度設定為 175℃,螺軸轉速為 40 rpm,進料速率為完全進料( 填充比為 1)。根據各項測定結果,利用統計軟體以迴歸分析配合等高線圖,以尋求最適原 料配方。由實驗結果得知:甘油、檸檬酸三乙酯及癸二酸二辛酯之最適配方分別 為 84.56 g、 56.10 g 及 24.44 g,將此配方帶入各反應性狀之回歸模式,可得最 適產品之最大荷重為 97.24 N、最大拉伸位移為 3.53 mm、吸水性指標為 3.37 g gel/g dry wt 及水溶性指標為 5.47% 之產品特性預估值;預估值與實際值經統計 T 檢定後,結果無顯著差異。期能以此最適配方做為未來商品化之參考依據,進而協助達成垃圾減量。 |
英文摘要 | Response surface methology (RSM) was used to analyze the effects of glycerol, triethyl citrate (TEC) and dioctyl sebacate (DOS) on the objective attributes (max. loading, max. displacement, water solubility index and water absorption index) of a corn starch/PHBV blended composite. A Box-Behnken design was used to develop models for the objective responses. The experiments were performed at barrel temperatures of 170 ℃ , 170 ℃ , 175 ℃ and a die temperature of 175 ℃ , respectively, with the screw speed of 40 rpm and complete feeding (filling ratio = 1). Corn starch, PHBV and plasticizer were prepared with the total weight of raw material formulation of 1 kg. The PHBV/ corn starch weight ratio was set for 6:4. The levels of glycerol were 52 g, 82 g, 112 g, the levels of TEC were 36 g, 56 g, 76 g and the levels of DOS were 14 g, 24 g, 34 g. Individual contour plots of the different responses were overlaid. Regions meeting 96.56 N, 3.44 mm 3.25 g gel/g dry wt, 5.43% were identified at 84.56 g, 56.10 g, and 24.44 g. Therefore, the extruded pellets can be applied to industry and help to reduce refuse. |
