中文摘要 | 本研究利用反應曲面法之實驗設計,探討在主原料(玉米澱粉)中添加酵素,以及在副原料(PHBV)中添加甘油,配合擠壓加工技術開發生物可分解塑膠原料粒,並對此塑膠粒進行熱特性與生物分解性之分析測定。擠壓機操作條件固定於套筒三段溫度分別控制為160℃、160℃、165℃,模具溫度設定為165℃,螺軸轉速為40rpm,進料速率為完全進料(填充比為1)。實驗結果顯示,本實驗之樣品熔點(Tm)值約在169.6℃~173.7℃,樣本熱裂解溫度(Td)約在276.9℃~286.0℃。根據CNS14432之生物可分解塑膠之測試標準進行產品分解度測試,樣本於第36天時其生物分解度達70.68%,在第45天時達78.13%,已符合法規之標準;再利用酵素分解法測定時,得到在反應時間300min後,重量損失達70.55%,故可判定本研究所研發塑膠原料粒具備生物可分解之特性。本研究結果應可作為進一步研究及商品化之參考,以協助解決垃圾減量之問題。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, response surface methodology (RSM) was used to analyze the effects of different additives (α-amylase and glycerol) on the thermal properties of a biodegradable corn starch/PHBV blended plastic pellets as well as biodegradability. The extruder was run at barrel temperatures of 160 ℃ , 160 ℃ , 165 ℃ , and die temperature 165 ℃ , respectively, with a screw speed of 40 rpm and complete feeding (filling ratio = 1). The results indicated the melting temperature (Tm) of extruded pellets ranged from 169.6℃~ 173.7℃ and the thermal degradation temperature (Td) ranged from 276.9 ℃ ~ 286.0 ℃ . To evaluate the possibility of using extruded pellets as biodegradable plastic raw materials, the biodegradability of the extruded pellets was tested according to the CNS14432 standard. The results indicated the biodegradability of the extruded pellets reached 70.68% after 36 days and 78.13% after 45 days, respectively. Moreover, by using the enzymes analysis method, the weight loss reached 70.55% after 300 min. Therefore, the extruded pellets were environmentally friendly and can be applied to industry as well as the reduction of refuse. |
