中文摘要 | 國內的競技與健身運動心理學理論大多源自於西方文化,由於文化的差異會產生不同的硏究結果,因此,選擇或修訂中文化版本量表,以突破文化上的限制,同時延伸理論的架構,遂成爲國內運動心理學者進行硏究時不可或缺的任務。目的:在於比較不同本土化版本的教練領導行爲量表的實用性。方法:以參加99學年度國內高中甲級與大專公開組第一級籃球聯賽,取得前八名之女子籃球隊選手爲硏究對象,共有16 支球隊,計185位選手(平均年齢= 18.81 ± 1.88歲)。經教練與選手同意後,進行包括多層面運動領導行爲量表、家長式領導量表以及選手滿意度量表等冏卷調查的方式,完成資料蒐集工作。結果:在整體模式的解釋變異量部分,多層面運動領導行爲量表高於家長式領導量表(R2 = 49%>43%);在倘別取向的預測力方面,多層面運動領導行爲量表中的正向回饋行爲最具代表性(beta=.27,^<.05),家長式領導量表則以才德領導最能預測選手滿意度(beta=.24,^〈.05)。結論:兩份量表在預測選手滿意度皆具有中等程度的解釋力,且在倘別取向各自擁有不同的獨特性與重要性。因此,本硏究建議,未來硏究者在調查教練領導行爲,可根據不同硏究需求,引用或者重新修訂教練領導行爲量表。 |
英文摘要 | Sport psychology scholars in Taiwan must face the challenge which most of the theories developed in sport and exercise psychology were created in western countries. Therefore, it is critical choose and modify the scales into Chinese without the cultural boundaries would become the priority. Purpose: The present study was to compare the utilities of two different version of Chinese Coach Leadership Behavior Scales in factorial as well as explained variance. Methods: The participants were consisted of 185 division 1 high school and university female basketball players (high school: 88,university: 97; aged at 18.81 +/- 1.88). A cross-sectional design was used to collect data by questionnaires including Multidimensional Model of Leadership Scale, Paternalistic Leadership Scale and Satisfaction Scale. Results: The statistic analysis showed that the Multidimensional Model of Leadership Scale was better than Paternalistic Leadership Scale in explained variance (R2 = 49% > 43%). Furthermore,the positive feedback behavior of Multidimensional Model of Leadership Scale showed the highest prediction to the satisfaction (beta = .27,p < .05); so did the morale Taiwan Journal of Sports Scholarly Research, NO.53 leadership of Paternalistic Leadership Scale to it (beta = .24, p < .05). Conclusion: Advantage and disadvantage of different version of Chinese Coach Leadership Behavior Scales were respectively discussed and future suggestions were proposed. |
