中文摘要 | 研發一實驗型遠紅外線輔助加熱之冷凍乾燥機進行Tylose乾燥特性之研究,以Tylose(甲基纖維素)作為實驗材料,選擇四種薄層模型藉以描述遠紅外線冷凍乾燥之乾燥特性,四種模型分別為指數、Page、滲透模型及近似滲透模型等薄層乾燥模型,實驗採用三階層、三因子(遠紅外線加熱器設定溫度、遠紅外線加熱器至樣品表面之距離及樣品之厚度)的實驗設計,對於薄層乾燥模型的乾燥參數以二次多項式函數表示之,乾燥參數之二次多項式函數的最適性判斷主要是藉由決定係數、模式缺乏適合性及均方根誤差等值的比較而加以評估,其中四種薄層乾燥模型的乾燥參數以Page模型之K值的結果為最佳。經由驗證實驗顯示二次多項式函數為適當之模式。 |
英文摘要 | An experimental dryer was developed to determine the drying characteristics of Tylose during freeze-drying with far-infrared (FIR) radiation. Tylose (methylcellulose) was selected as the experimental material. Four mathematical models were used to describe the drying characteristics of FIR-assisted freeze-drying. The models were thin-layer drying models including exponential model, Page model, diffusion model, and approximation of the diffusion model. Tests were conducted using a three-level, three-factor (drying temperature, distance between sample and FIR heater, and sample thickness) design, and second order polynomial analyses were performed to relate the drying parameters of those thin-layer drying models. The outcomes were evaluated by comparing the coefficient of correlation (R2), the sum of squares (lack-of-fit), and the RMSE amongst those four models. Drying parameter K of the Page model presented the best results in describing freeze-drying with FIR of Tylose. Verification tests showed that those generated second order polynomial models were acceptable, and results proved to be appropriate by validation. |
