中文摘要 | 本文以《黃帝內經》之整體觀、陰陽五行學說為理論基礎,探討疲勞形成之原因,並以內經中談到的經絡學說的重要性,來進一步探討中西醫學對運動疲勞的產生的定義。本文採文獻歸納、整理的方法,得到內經理論對運動疲勞改善之應用,結果如下:一、本文藉由一些穴位刺激、中藥薰蒸、針灸研究等論文分析,發現皆證實了《黃帝內經》對人體的身心機能瞭解於實踐性上是有一定的功效存在。二、配合《黃帝內經》的陰陽五行學說:「勞則氣耗」。改善方式則以扶正袪邪、調補脾腎、疏肝活血、疏經通絡為主,以作為改善運動疲勞的依據。 |
英文摘要 | This article is based on the One-Unity Theory (considering surrounding natural environment and human body as one unit) and five elements of the Ying and the Yang perspective to redefine the concept of fatigue. With extensive review of literatures, we conclude the following: (1) Some literature indicates that acupuncture and moxibustion have some applicability in fatigue recovery. (2) The "Nei-Ging" suggests that fatigue (the state of Ying) is the result of insufficient recovery (incomplete power returning towards Yang). Any intervention that can accelerate this process would have the potential to be ergogenic aids for fatigue recovery. |
