中文摘要 | 排球是一項綜合性運動種類,在競爭激烈的比賽過程中,要求選手必須掌握全面性技術。所謂全面性技術是指擊球及非擊球2種技術,做為2種擊球技術串聯橋樑的移動能力是非擊球技術的一種,與擊球技術有極大關聯,是影響技術發揮的關鍵。移動能力構成要素為起動、移動及制動等3種,起動種類有原地及空中落地後等2種;移動種類有併步、跨步、交叉步及混合步等4種;制動種類有一步及二步制動。反應時間、移動速度及穩定制動是移動能力運用的3個重要機轉,這3種能力必須藉由身體各肌肉部位的協同作功,並根據來球速度、方向及落點等訊息,在最短的時間內起動、移動及制動而完成擊球。因此,提升移動能力在訓練中是非常重要的課題。 |
英文摘要 | Volleyball is in the genre of integrated sport. In fierce competitions, players are required to possess overall techniques. When it comes to overall techniques, which consists of two classifications: hitting and non-hitting. Moving ability, belongs to the non-hitting genre, is the bridge of these two genres and is closely related to hitting techniques. It is the vital of volleyball technique that ultimately affect the final performance. Moving ability is comprised of launching, moving, and braking. Launching includes original spot launching, and launching after landing. Moving includes: galloping, leaping, side crossover step, and multi-step. Braking includes: one step brake and two step brake. Reaction time, moving speed, and steady brake are the three important factors that affect the moving abilities. These three abilities need to collaborate muscles all over the body and to finish the ball according to ball speed, direction, and fall point within seconds. Therefore, how to improve moving ability is extremely crucial issue; when it comes to the professional training. |
