| 中文摘要 | 本研究以薄膜水合法/超音波震盪法,以功率33W/40mins製備熊果素微脂粒添加不同抗氧化劑配方,並進行安定性評估及安全性。實驗結果,以C組配方(PC: Arbutin: Tocopherol/3:0.5:0.5)平均粒徑最大,約109nm~117nm;D組配方(PC: Arbutin: Tocopherol: AC Leucidal/3:0.5:0:1)所得粒徑最小,其平均粒徑為26nm~29nm。在安定性評估,以E組配方(PC: Arbutin: Tocopherol: AC Leucidal/3:0.5:0.5:D,儲存於不同溫度下7~28天後,粒徑範圍在109nm~121nm之間,變化較小較為穩定。熊果素微脂粒配方進行24 Hrs皮膚過敏性測試,並無過敏現象產生。 |
| 英文摘要 | This research used thin film hydration/sonication equipment with power 33W/40 mins to prepare arbutin liposome added with different antioxidant additives. The products also do efficacy and safety test. The results showed formulation C (PC: Arbutin: Tocopherol: AC Leucidal/3:0.5:0:1) with largest average particle size about 109 nm~117 nm and formulation D (PC: Arbutin: Tocopherol: AC Leucidai/3:0.5:0:1) with smallest average particle size about 26 nm~29 nm. Concerning the stability test, formulation E (PC: Arbutin: Tocopherol: AC Leucidal/3:0.5:0.5:1) expressed the best re-suits with average particle size about 109 nm~121 nm after 7~28 days storage under different temperature. The arbutin liposome products also showed no allergy results after 24 hrs skin test. |
