中文摘要 | 本研究說明結合程序模擬於製程開發的早期階段之方法,並以柴油氧化脫硫之製程開發為例。此方法意味著建模與試驗級測試同步進行以縮短測試次數,並得到有意義的實驗數據,方法說明如下。以實驗室數據為基礎,進行初始簡易建模以評估試驗級操作的可行與安全。為了氧化脫硫製程建模之必要,二苯噻吩類及衍生物-碸的物性,如三相點、標準生成熱等,以基團貢獻法估算之。根據測試結果,過氧醋酸合成與柴油氧化反應的反應器設計參數,分別以實驗計劃法與動力學分析計算而得。然後將物性與參數輸入製程模式中以修正模擬結果,並與測試數據比較。因而,在完成試驗級測試之後,能得到可靠的製程條件與參數,並得以為程序設計之所需。 |
英文摘要 | This article presents a philosophy to introduce process modeling in the early stage of process development. An example of a diesel oxidative desulfurization (ODS) process was demonstrated. The philosophy means the modeling and test runs performed simultaneously to reduce test times and to get meaningful pilot data, and is described in the following.Based on laboratory data, an initial and simplified model was setup to evaluate operation feasibility and safety for pilot test. For the ODS process modeling, the required properties of dibenzothiophenes (DBTs) and their derivative sulfones were estimated by group contribution methods, such as triple points, standard heats of formation, etc. According to the test results, the reactor design parameters for peracetic acid (PAA) synthesis and oxidative desulfurization were calculated with design of experiments and kinetics analysis, respectively. Then, the properties and parameters were put into the model to modify the simulation results, which will be compared with pilot data. Thus, the obtained process conditions and parameters would be reliable and ready for process design after pilot tests were completed. |
