| 中文摘要 | 以傳統的兩階段製備法由二苯基-3,3',4,4'-四羧酸雙酐(diphenylsulfone-3,3',4,4'-tetracarboxylic dianhydride; DSDA)和各種芳香族二胺先於極性溶劑如二甲基乙醯胺(N,N-dimethylacetamide; DMAc)中進行開環附加聚合反應得到聚醯胺酸(polyamic acid)再經脫水環化而得到高分子量而且主鏈含有基的聚醯亞胺(polyimide)。本研究所製得的聚醯胺酸之固有黏度(inherent viscosity)值在0.90-1.93dl/g之間,具可撓曲性且強韌的聚醯亞胺薄膜可由其聚醯胺酸溶液鑄得,這些由 DSDA衍生來的聚醯亞胺膜比傳統的聚焦蜜石醯亞胺(polypyromellitimide)具有較好的有機溶劑溶解性及撓曲性,薄膜的抗張強度及斷裂點伸長率分別在9.1-12.2kg/mm²及 4-15%之間,而且隨著分子量增加而增大。這些聚醯亞胺在氮氣及空氣中10%熱重量損失之溫度分別在498-555及508-571℃之範圍內。其中之一由4,4'-氧二苯胺(4,4'-oxydianiline)衍生來的DSDA聚醯亞胺在400℃空氣或氮氣中加熱10小時後幾乎沒有任何重量損失。 |
| 英文摘要 | High-molecular-weight sulfone-containing polyimides were prepared from diphenylsulfone-3,3',4,4'-tetracarboxylic dianhydride (DSDA) and various aromatic diamines via the two-stage procedure that included ring-opening polyaddition in a polar solvent such as dimethylacetamide (DMAc) to give poly(amic acid)s, followed by cyclodehydration to polyimides. The poly(amic acid)s obtained have inherent viscosities of 0.90-1.93dl/g in DMAc. Flexible and tough polyimide films could be cast from the poly(amic acid) solutions. Polyimides based on DSDA have a better solubility in aprotic polar solvents than conventional polypyromellitimides, and have an increased flexibility. Tensile strength and elongation of the DSDA polyimide films ranged 9.1-12.2Kg/mm² and 4-15%, respectively, and increased with increasing molecular weight. These polyimides showed 10% weight loss at temperatures of 498-555゚ and 508-571℃ in nitrogen and in air, respectively. The DSDA polyimide derived from 4,4'-oxydianiline showed almost no weight loss after isothermal heating in nitrogen or air atmosphere at 400℃ for 10 hours. |
