中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國小教師之休閒運動滿意度、工作壓力與工作倦怠三者之關係。本研究以「國小教師休閒運動滿意度、教師工作壓力與教師工作倦怠問卷」為研究工具。以合併後之臺中市99學年度之40所公立國小教師為研究對象,總計發出630份問卷,回收560份,問卷回收率達88.89%;有效問卷為537份,有效問卷回收率為85.24%。回收資料以統計套裝軟體SPSS 12.0中文版執行,採用描述統計分析與多元逐步迴歸分析後,獲得以下結果:一、國小教師之教師工作壓力對休閒運動滿意度具有負向的影響力。二、國小教師之休閒運動滿意度對教師工作倦怠具有負向的影響力。三、國小教師之教師工作壓力對教師工作倦怠具有正向的影響力。最後,根據研究結果提出建議,以供國小教師、學校單位、教育行政機關與未來研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to understand the relationships among recreational sport satisfaction, teachers job stress and burnout of elementary school teachers. With further analysis and research, the study showed the influence of recreational sport satisfaction on teacher's job stress and burnout. The researcher applied questionnaires. This study adopted the "questionnaire approach." The subjects of the questionnaires were 40 elementary school teachers in academic year 99 after the merging of Taichung City. 630 questionnaires were given out, and 560 were returned. The retrieved probability was 88.89%. There were 537 effective questionnaires and the probability of the usable questionnaire was 85.24%. The collected data were analyzed with respects to descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with the use of SPSS program (Windows 12.0). The findings of this study were as following: 1. the teacher's job stress caused negative influence on recreational sport satisfaction of elementary school teachers. 2. The recreational sport satisfaction caused negative influence on teacher's job burnout of elementary school teachers. 3. The teacher's job stress caused positive influence on teacher's job burnout of elementary school teachers. Due to the results of this study, several suggestions have been made to the educational administration organizations, schools, teachers and further researchers. |
