中文摘要 | 本研究之研究方法兼採文獻分析法與問卷調查法。文獻部分以分析學校組織氣候 、教師工作壓力、壓力因應方式之理論與相關研究為主。 問卷調查部分以臺灣地區公立國民小學之教師為研究母群體, 取樣 1,067 位教師為研究對 象,實際有效樣本為 799 位教師。 使用的研究工具為「國小學校組織氣候與教師工作感受 調查問卷」,根據受試教師的填答結果, 以 t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、逐步多元迴歸以 及典型相關等統計方法進行資料分析。 本研究得得到的結果是: 一、國小教師對校長支持行為、教師投入行為、與組織氣候的開放性等組織氣候層面,有正 向積極的知覺。 二、女性、未婚、年資淺( 1 ∼ 5 )、級任教師、及在都市地區任教之教師,所知覺的工 作壓力較高。 三、國小教師較常用尋求支持、邏輯分析及情緒調適的壓力因應方式。 四、個人背景變項與學校組織氣候是影響教師工作壓力的重要因素。 五、個人背景變項與學校組織氣候未能有效解釋教師整體功力因應方式。 六、學校組織氣候與教師工作壓力有負向的關係,即學校組織氣候開放程度高時,教師工作 壓力亦相對減底。 七、教師工作壓力與壓力因應方式有正向的關係,即工作壓力大時,壓力因應方式亦相對增 加。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among elementary school structural climate, teacher stresses and their methods of coping with them. A questionnaire developed in this study was used to make a survey on 1067 teachers randomly selected from 83 elementary Schools around the Taiwan area. The statistical methods used here were T-Test, One-Way-ANDVA, Stepwise Multiple Regression, and Canonical Correlation. From the statistical analysis of the results, the following conclusions were drawn: 1. There were positive perceptions for elementary school teacher on principle supportive behaviors, teacher engaged behaviors, and organizational open climate. 2. The Stresses were higher on the part of female, unmarried, junior, and class teachers teaching in the urban area. 3. The elementary school teacher always used seeking support, logic analysis and emotion-focus coping. 4. Both personal background and school's climate were important factors of teachers' effecting stress level. 5. The personal background and school's climate can't explained coping styles. 6. There was significant effect between school climate and teacher stress. 7. There were positive relationship between teacher stress and coping styles. |
