中文摘要 | 台灣長期以來公共天文設施嚴重缺乏,國民不易接觸天文科學,各級學校為突破資源上限制陸續設置了天文設施,以國小而言即有26所且數量持續增加中,這些天文資源若能開放分享將對推廣天文科學產生很大助益。本文從開放設施分享觀點出發,藉由現地觀察、深入訪談等方法對實際案例進行評估分析,以提出相關課題與規劃建議。所得結論有:面對開放天文設施課題,存在有空間規劃、設施維護、教學人力與經營費用等議題應妥善對應規劃;在實際開放天文設施活動中並不僅侷限於星象館等單一設施,而常多元運用戶外觀測活動區、天文輔助學習區等設施空間,應進行整體性之規劃;相關天文設施應集中設置並配合生活服務設施及動線系統進行整體區劃,以利管理使用。 |
英文摘要 | Taiwan long has lacked a public astronomy facility, so the public does not have many opportunities to experience astronomy science. Instead, schools continue to build astronomy facilities. For example, 26 elementary schools already have astronomy facilities and more are adding them. If these resources can be shared with the public, it should be helpful to popularize astronomy science. Based on shared points of view, this project evaluates real cases, using site observations and interviews. Several suggestions are provided, including: (1) Space design, facility maintenance, teaching resources, and budget management should be planned properly; (2) Indoor astronomy facilities should not be the only places to be shared. Outdoor observation areas and other astronomy learning areas need to be considered at the same time; (3) Astronomy facilities should be allocated closely for better management and use. |
