中文摘要 | 優質學校環境係指學校建築所建構的校園環境,具有優良的整體特質,其各項設施能夠符應或超越使用者的教育、生活和學習的需求。基本上,優質學校環境對師生的教學、學習、成就、態度、健康和行為有積極正面的影響,其重要實不容忽視。惟有些教育領導者,誤認為學校建築的品質對學業成就並無影響,致教育人員之間,對改進學校建築品質以及規劃和管理學校的歷程,其觀點有很大的落差。 優質學校環境的規劃原則有四:適切性、舒適性、效率性和安全性。在規劃面向上,包括:心理環境、生理環境、哲理環境、管理環境、物理環境和地理環境,可以人、事、物為思考軸線,以建立「理」性環境。 近8年,研究者走過臺灣的每一個縣市,超過400所以上的大學、中小學和幼兒園,一步一腳印的實地踏勘,可以清楚的看到臺灣學校建築的發展,感受到學校建築之美和成長的活力,當然也能深刻體會到學校環境深沉的規劃和設計問題,如學校空間、教室設計、集會所設計、運動場地、校園設計、附屬設施、無障礙環境和使用管理問題等等,這些問題深藏在學校空間之中,值得探討了解,並供未來優質學校環境規劃與建構之省思。 |
英文摘要 | Quality school environment means a campus environment constructed by school building that has excellent character in entity and its separate facility enables to fit or to surpass the user's education, life and learning needs. Fundamentally, the importance of quality school environment cannot be ignored for its positive impact to the teachers and students on teaching, learning, accomplishment, attitude, health and behavior. However, those educational leaders misconceive that the quality of school building has no impact on academic performance-As a result, a gap exists between the educators view of improving quality and the process of planning and managing schools. There are 4 principles to plan a quality school environment: adequacy, comfort, efficiency and safety. On the face of planning, psychological environment, physiological environment, philosophical environment, management environment, physical environment, and geographical environment included, we can meditate on people, affairs and objects as an axis to build a "rational" environment. In recent 8 years, researcher has been to over 400 colleges, middle high school, elementary school and kindergartens in Taiwan every county and city with one foot a step to investigate practically, to see the development of Taiwan school environment clearly, to feel the beauty and growing power of the school building, and of course, also to understand strongly to the profound plan and design problems of the school environment. For example, there are the school space, the classroom design, the meeting design, the playground, the campus design, affiliated facilities, barrier-free environment and using management problems, etc. These questions lie hidden deeply in the school space worth to investigate, to understand and to provide a reflection of quality school environment plan and construct. |
