中文摘要 | 本研究係針對高含矽量的A390鋁合金之階梯型鑄件,探討其在硫酸、硫酸銅和硫酸亞鐵三種混合酸的電解著色陽極處理中,不同鑄件厚度、電流密度及電解著色時間等製程參數對鑄件電解著色效果之影響,以尋求此種車用鋁合金之最佳電解著色陽極處理條件。研究結果指出不同厚度的A390鋁合金鑄件之混合酸電解著色氧化膜厚度會隨著電解著色時間之增加而逐漸增加,但其硬度卻反而下降。而針對不同厚度的A390鋁合金鑄件,其電解著色氧化膜能獲得最大厚度的條件均為3.9A/dm2電流密度及65min電解著色時間,但獲得最大硬度的條件卻均為1.3A/dm2電流密度及15min電解著色時間。其次,上述混合酸電解著色陽極處理造成A390鋁合金厚件鑄件之氧化膜偏向於亮黃色的最佳條件為2.6A/dm2電流密度及27.5min電解著色時間,但造成中件和薄件鑄件之氧化膜偏向於亮黃色之最佳條件則為2.6A/dm2電流密度及15min電解著色時間。 |
英文摘要 | A390 aluminum alloy with high Si content was used as vehicle casting material and adopted to cast the stepped-type castings in this study. The castings were electrolytic coloring anodized in the mixed-acid of H2SO4, CuSO4 and FeSO4. The parameters studied include casting thickness, current density and electrolytic coloring anodizing time. The effects of these parameters on the oxide film will be evaluated to establish the optimal process conditions in this kind of surface treatment for the A390 aluminum alloy vehicle castings.The oxide film thickness of stepped-type casting increases with the increase of anodizing time, but, its microhardness decreases conversely. The condition to acquire maximum thickness of oxide film is 3.9 A/dm2 for the current density and 65 minutes for the anodizing time, while the condition to attain to maximum microhardness of oxide film is 1.3 A/dm2 and 15 minutes.The optimal conditions for thick section of stepped-type casting to produce bright yellowish color on oxide film is 2.6 A/dm2 and 27.5 minutes, but for thin and medium sections, the optimal conditions to obtain the same color is 2.6 A/dm2 and 15 minutes. |
