中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討7週增強式訓練 (plyometric training, PT) 對籃球選手動態平衡與專項運動表現之影響。28名高中乙組籃球選手,以跳躍觸牆高度作S型配對,均分為PT組與控制組,兩組皆進行每週5次之籃球專項訓練,而PT組需額外進行連續7週、每週3次之PT。動態平衡是以八向穩定限度 (limit ofstability, LOS) 測試得分來作為評估指標,而專項運動表現則是以跳躍觸牆高度與T 型測試時間來作為評估指標,所得結果以混合設計二因子變異數分析比較兩組間訓練前後各變項與變化量之差異。結果顯示PT組訓練後顯著改善個體整體、右方、左前與左後等方向之LOS測試表現,並顯著增加垂直跳躍高度與縮短T型測試時間。本研究結論為7週額外增加之增強式訓練可有效改善籃球選手動態平衡與專項運動表現,建議可應用於球季前之體能訓練計畫。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of 7-week plyometric training (PT) on dynamic balance (DB) and sports-related performance in basketball players. Twenty-eight high school basketball players were equally assigned into PT or control groups by S method (jumping height). All the players were underwent regular basketball practice, 5 times per week for 7 weeks, but the PT group underwent extra PT (180 ~ 228 jumps) 3 times per week during this period. The DB was evaluated by the 8-direction limits of stability (LOS) test. The sports performance was evaluated by the height of vertical jumping (Hv) and the time of T-test (Tt). A two-way mixed analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to compare the different change between groups before and after training for each parameter. The study results indicated that PT group showed significant improvements not only in the Hv and Tt performance, but also in the performance of LOS overall, right, forward-left, backward-left directions than control group after training. It is concluded that 7 weeks PT can improve the DB and sports-related performance in high school basketball players. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to take PT in the pre-season conditioning program. |
