中文摘要 | 目的:老年人因神經肌肉控制能力退化,導致無法有效回饋環境刺激產生適 當反應,面對突如其來的刺激,無法迅速反應,可能造成身體無法維持穩定或跌 倒狀況之發生,運動訓練有助平衡及反應能力之改善,其中專注力亦是相當重要 的一環,因此本研究目的為藉由知覺動作訓練強化老年人專注力、平衡控制及協 調能力,並探討其對於平衡控制能力之影響。方法:本研究共有43 位年齡70.4± 5.4 歲之老年人參與,所有受試者隨機分配至控制組及知覺動作訓練組,於訓練前 後執行Pusturomed® (Eugen Raev, Germany)平衡能力檢測,各使用四種站立方式 測量:睜眼自然站立、雙腳合併站、半前後站(semi-tandem)、雙腳前後站(tandem), 兩組受試者訓練前之身體擺動距離、年齡、身體組成皆是相似的,經由六週知覺 動作訓練後,以獨立樣本t 檢定及相對樣本t 檢定進行統計分析。結果:經過六 週知覺動作訓練,控制組在倂腳站立平衡擺動距離呈現顯著增加(p=.029),知覺動 作訓練組則於倂腳站立狀態擺動距離呈現顯著減少(p<.001),且在雙腳半前後站及 雙腳前後站之平衡擺動距離呈現減少,趨近顯著(p=.057, p=.054)。結論:知覺動 作訓練可以有效改善老年人平衡控制能力,平衡控制能力改善之幅度依不同難易 站立姿勢有所不同,而未做運動訓練之老年人則可能有平衡能力退步之現象。 |
英文摘要 | Background and Purpose: Age-related changes in neuromuscular control contribute to impairments in balance control and increase fall risks in older adults. However, few studies have been done on the effects of sensorimotor training on balance control in the elderly. Therefore, the aim of this randomized study was to analyze the effects of training performed on an unstable platform intended to reduce body sway by improving the balance control ability. Methods: Forty-three healthy older adults (divided into a sedentary group and a training group, 70.4±5.4 years) took part in a six-week training program (involving two to three times a week). Using Pusturomed® system (Eugen Raev, Germany) to measure body sways before and after training. Postural control in various conditions was measured including standing naturally with eyes opened, feet together stand, semi-tandem stand and tandem stand. The analysis used the SPSS 12.0 statistical software; descriptive statistics, independent- t test and pair- t test were conducted. Results: Results revealed that sensorimotor training group significantly decrease their body sway on feet together standing position (p <.001), the training group also showed the trend to significant changes on semi-tandem stand (p=.057) and tandem stand (p=.054) after 6 weeks training, but the results of the control group indicated body sway increase on feet together stand (p=.029). Conclusion: The most important finding from this study suggests that the 6-week sensorimotor training protocol that significantly contributes to success of the balance control. |
