中文摘要 | 由於近年來教育改革與教育潮流的趨勢,校長的角色受到相當大的挑戰,除了行政領導外, 教學領導亦受到不少的關注。另一個受到挑戰的角色則為站在教育第一線的教師,如何提升教 學的效能,是近幾年教育行政研究上重要的議題之一。目前國內在校長教學領導與教師教學校 能的相關博碩士論文中,已有不少的研究成果。本研究旨在透過該議題之研究發現與研究結果, 釐清目前校長教學領導與教師教學效能的現況、發展及其關係為何,以1998 年至2010 年間, 台灣地區有關校長教學領導與教師教學效能之博碩士論文,做為分析探討的對象,企圖探尋校 長教學領導與教師教學效能研究的走向,提出相關建議作為未來研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Since the educational reform and trend of the educational tendency, the role of principal received enormous challenges to administration and instructional leadership. Another role challenged was a teacher. It is one of the important topics that how to improve the efficiency of teaching on the educational administration in recent years. As far as the number of current theses and dissertations, there were plenty of results have been accumulated. This study analyzed the relationship between the instructional leadership of principals and teachers’ teaching efficiency from 1998 to 2010. The purpose of this study is to understand the existing research during the period and to provide suggestions for future studies. |
