中文摘要 | 本研究目的旨在探討元智大學學生團隊成員同質性對團隊績效之影響關係,並以元智大學大學部學生爲研究母群體,採便利抽樣問卷調查設計。共計發出600份問卷,回收有效問卷496份,問卷有效回收率爲82.67%。回收資料以SPSS12.0版統計軟體進行描述性統計、皮爾遜積差相關分析及Amos 7.0版進行結構方程模式統計分析,本研究結果爲:(一)團隊成員同質性對情感連結有直接正向之影響;(二)團隊成員同質性對溝通效率有直接正向之影響;(三)情感連結對溝通頻率有直接正向之影響;(四)溝通效率對溝□頻率有直接正們之影響;(五)溝通頻率對衝突有負向之影響;(六)溝通頻率對信任有正向之影響,表示溝通頻率對團隊成員之間的信任有正向關係;(七)衝突對工作投入有負向影響,表示衝突與工作投入有其負向關係;(八)信任對工作投入有直接正向之影響;(九)工作投入對團隊績效有直接正向之影響。 |
英文摘要 | This research aimed to investigate team member homogeneity's influential progress on team performance. Convenience sampling was conducted within the population of undergraduate university students of Yuan Ze University. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed; 496 were returned, which achieved a valid response rate of approximately 82.67%. The returned data was statistically analyzed using SPSS 12.0 for descriptive statistics and Pearson Product-moment correlation analysis. Also, Amos 7.0 was used for Structural Equation Modeling (SME) statistical analysis. The results were as follows: 1. Team member homogeneity has a direct and positive impact on emotional connection. 2. Team member homogeneity influences communication efficiency directly and positively. 3. Emotional connection has a direct and positive influence on communication efficiency. 4. Communicational efficiency influences communication frequency directly and positively. 5. Communication frequency has a negative impact on conflict. 6. Communication frequency positively influences reliance, which means communication frequency has a positive impact on the reliance among team members. 7. Conflict influences job involvement negatively, which means conflict has a negative relationship with job involvement. 8. Reliance influences job involvement directly and positively. 9. Job involvement has a direct and positive impact upon team performance. |
