中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討企業員工休閒活動需求及其參與對工作績效之影響,並以保險業員工爲研究對象。以便利取樣的方式選取樣本,共取得有效問卷292份。以結構方程(SEM)檢測本研究之模式,分析得到的結果顯示此模型之配適度良好。研究有以下結果:保險業員工之休閒活動需求會正向影響休閒活動參與體驗;保險業員工之休閒活動參與體驗可提升工作績效。本研究並以模式推估結論,由於保險業員工對於休閒需求、參與均給予正面的評價,再加上保險業員工對於健康知覺的支持比自我成長和社交友誼更爲顯著,因此如何挑選出適合企業員工的休閒活動是企業需要多方考量的議題,這也讓企業在推行休閒活動議題的態度上能更加積極、審慎。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was to discuss the effect of leisure activity needs and participation on job performance of enterprise employees and focused on the insurance business employees. This research focused on the insurance business employees. A total of 292 valid questionnaires were obtained through convenience sampling. Questionnaires and SEM were used to exam the model of this research and the result showed that the fitness of this pattern is high. The results of this research are as follows: The insurance business employees' leisure activity needs will forward influence their leisure activity participation, and the insurance business employees' leisure activity participation will increase and promote the work achievements. Based on this modeling, this research reached conclusions. Because the insurance business employees regarding the leisure activity needs and participation as the positive appraisal, in addition the insurance business employees supported the healthy consciousness more remarkable than the self-growth and the public relations friendship. Therefore how to choose the leisure activity that suits the enterprise employees' needs is the subject which the enterprise needs to consider in every way. This also enables the enterprise to be more positive and careful in the carrying out leisure activity subject manner. |
