中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於發展「專長分派策略」,並應用於教學動畫專題製作。研究者首先將教學動畫之主要元素(動態物件、主題背景、教材文字、題示訊息)分派給具有此方面專長之學習者負責,然後以教學動畫爲範例進行製作前的教育訓練,最後進行小組專題製作。本研究使用準實驗研究法,以南部某職業學校108位高職三年級學生爲研究對象。其中48名學生分派至專長分派策略組(實驗組),另外60名學生分派至未採用專長分派策略組(控制組)。研究者亦運用學習態度問卷與訪談,探究學生之學習歷程。結果發現:(1)實驗組的教學動畫團體作品,呈現顯著的學習成效;(2)實驗組的教學動畫個人作品,亦呈現顯著的學習成效; (3)學習者對於製作前的教育訓練,感到頗有助益;(4)學習者對於參與專題製作學習,均表示正面的態度。研究結果顯示,依據個人之專長分派工作,並且展示範例作品,有助於提升專題製作學習的品質。這也意味著,善用人力資源的概念不應該只用於業界,對於教學活動設計也是有幫助的。研究者並依據研究結果,對專長分派策略應用於高職商業設計群科之教學動畫設計以及未來研究提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to develop "expertise-assigned strategy" and apply it to the making of instructional animation. In the study, four major elements (dynamic objects, thematic backgrounds, content descriptions, and prompt messages) of instructional animation were assigned to the students according to their expertise. Then, examples of instructional animation were shown in the pre-production training courses to support the project-based learning. A quasi-experimental research was conducted to detect the effectiveness of the strategy. One hundred and eight students from a vocational senior high school were included in the experiment, 48 were in the strategy (experimental) group while 60 were in the non-strategy (control) group. Questionnaire and interviews were also conducted to investigate the insight of learning. Results included: (1) Group projects of the strategy group reflected better performance; (2) Individual projects of the strategy group also reflected better performance; (3) Learners felt that pre-production training courses were helpful; (4) Learners had positive attitudes toward the project-based learning. The findings indicated that, with the aid of relevant examples, expertise-assigned strategy could enhance the quality of collaborative production. It also implies that human resources management is not only vital in the industry, but in the design of instructional activity. Based upon the findings, this study makes suggestions on the implementation of the expertise-assigned strategy for the vocational high school as well as the future study. |
