中文摘要 | 本研究主旨在探討人力資源管理的理論是否可以應用在現實的社會?研究者一方面摘取目前教科書所談論的重要人力資源管理理論,包括任用、訓練和發展、績效評估、生涯規劃;另一方面採取參與觀察及深入訪談的研究方法,以一個成立一年多的基金會為研究對象。研究結果顯示:人力資源管理的理論架構可以用來分析基金會的現況,然而如何應用得當,則有賴執行長及基金會成員之努力。雙方均宜對人力資源管理的理論有基本的理解,並能加以應用到實務上。 |
英文摘要 | This study examined whether Human Resources Management (HRM) theory could be practically applied. Several important theories including recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, and career planning were reviewed. Participant observation and in-depth interviews were added to study the application of the HRM theory in a foundation established a year and a half before this study was conducted. This study indicates the HRM theoretical framework as an appropriate tool in the analysis of an organization. However, the appropriate application of the theory depends on the manager and staff of the organization. As such, both parties should understand the basic theory and apply it in practice. |
