中文摘要 | 摘要 本試驗目的乃在探討田菁(Sesbania roxburghii)間植狼尾草(Pennisetum purpureum)或蘇丹 草(Sorghum sudanense)等禾本科牧草之栽培方式,期能建立田菁供作芻料生產利用之模式。試 驗結果顯示,春作蘇丹草與田菁間植對芻料產量的影響不大,但秋作時蘇丹草再生植株的生育 情形不佳,二者間植在秋作對提高芻料產量有顯著效果。春秋兩作狼尾草與田菁間植之芻料產 量均為單植田菁的產量最低,而隨狼尾草的比例增加,芻料產量顯著提高,單植狼尾草的乾物 產量最高。植體分析結果則顯示,隨間植田菁的比例減少,芻料粗蛋白質含量顯著降低,而纖 維含量顯著提高。單植田菁的粗蛋白質含量最高,約為21%,單植蘇丹草或狼尾草的芻料粗蛋 白質含量最低,約為10%。另青貯品質分析結果顯示,單植田菁之青貯料的評分約為10,屬於 「不好」的等級;而田菁與蘇丹草或狼尾草等高莖禾本科牧草間植後,其青貯料的乙酸及丁酸 含量顯著下降,乳酸含量卻顯著提高,使其Flieg’s 評分顯著提高至80 以上,達到「優良」的 等級。 |
英文摘要 | ABSTRACT The objectives of this study were to evaluate the intercropping system of sesbania (Sesbania roxburghii) with napiergrass (Pennisetum purpureum) or sudangrass (Sorghum sudanense) for the purpose of establishing the production models of sesbania for forage use. Sesbania was planted and intercropped with napiergrass or sudangrass at different ratios. Forage yield and chemical components of forages were determined at harvest. In addition, the characters of silage quality were determined. Intercropping of sudangrass with sesbania had significant effect on forage yield in fall season relative to spring season. As the intercropping ratio of sesebania to napiergrass decreased, forage yield increased significantly in both seasons. The content of crude protein in forage decreased significantly as the intercropping ratio of sesbania to sudangrass or napiergrass decreased. Pure stand of sesbania had the highest content of crude protein (about 21%), while pure napiergrass or sudangrass stand had the lowest amount (about 10%). Both contents of acid detergent fiber (ADF) and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) showed opposite patterns as compared to those of crude protein. The average Flieg’s point of the silage made from sesbania was about 10, classified as ‘poor’ level. Silages made from mixtures of sesbania and napiergrass or sudangrass were above 80, rated as ‘good’ or ‘very good’ level. The results showed that sesbania intercropping with napiergrass or sudangrass could improve forage yield and quality. Moreover, silage quality of sesbania could be improved by mixing with forage grass during the process of ensiling. |
