中文摘要 | 本研究以二氧化碳超臨界流體法萃取柳杉材部,並利用氣相層析-質譜儀分析心材與邊材超臨界萃取物的化學成分,並評估其抗氧化活性。試驗結果顯示,當二氧化碳超臨界流體的溫度50℃與壓力250 Bar時,心材超臨界萃取收率(0.64%)高於邊材(0.14%)。比較心材與邊材超臨界萃取物的化學組成得知,心材超臨界萃取物以含氧倍半萜類與含氧二萜類為主;邊材超臨界萃取物則以含氧二萜類為主。心材超臨界萃取物的主要成分為Cubebol (28.60%)、Ferruginol(23.48%)、epi-Cubebol (10.79%)與Sandaracopimarinol (10.60%)。邊材超臨界萃取物的主要成分為Ferruginol (35.26%)、Sandaracopimarinol (14.25%)、Cubebol (12.43%)與Phyllocladan-16α-ol(10.73%)。以DPPH自由基清除能力與總抗氧化能力試驗評估柳杉材部超臨界萃取物的抗氧化活性,邊材超臨界萃取物的抗氧化活性優於心材超臨界萃取物。 |
英文摘要 | Supercritical fluid extraction with CO2 was used to extract the heartwood and sapwood of Cryptomeria japonica in this study. The chemical constituents of supercritical extracts were identified by GC-MS analysis and antioxidant activities were evaluated by using DPPH free radicals scavenging and TEAC assays. Results showed that the supercritical extraction yield of heartwood (0.64%) was higher than that of sapwood (0.14%) at an extraction temperature of 50℃ and an extraction pressure of 250 bar. Comparison of the chemical composition between heartwood and sapwood supercritical extract, heartwood supercritical extract was composed of oxygenated sesquiterpenes and oxygenated diterpenes, while sapwood supercritical extract was composed of oxygenated diterpenes. Main constituents identified from supercritical extract of heartwood were cubebol (28.60%), ferruginol (23.48%), epi-cubebol (10.79%) and sandaracopimarinol (10.60%). And main constituents identified from supercritical extract of sapwood were ferruginol (35.26%), sandaracopimarinol (14.25%), cubebol (12.43%) and phyllocladan-16α-ol (10.73%). Antioxidant activity of the sapwood supercritical extract was superior than that of the heartwood supercritical extract. |
