中文摘要 | 現代人因工作生活忙碌,「沒有時間」成為無法參與運動最主要的原因,且沒有運動場地、會造成運動傷害,以及有些運動需要配備、技巧及花費金錢等,皆會影響人們參與運動的意願。而健走運動是一項簡單、安全、經濟且隨時隨地就可進行的健身有氧運動,且在一日中累積多次短時間的運動效果,和單次長時間運動一樣能為健康及體適能促進帶來效益。因此建議忙碌的現代人,可利用生活中許多的片段時間來從事健走運動,並藉由健走運動與短時間運動較容易實行與達成的優點,來提高人們參與及維持身體活動習慣的動機與意願。 |
英文摘要 | Brisk walking is a safe and simple aerobic exercise that can be done at any time and place for achieving multiple benefits in health. In 1995, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) highlighted that multiple short bouts of exercise (e.g. 8-10 minutes) within a day, if accumulated to 30 minutes and above, may bring about similar benefits for health and physical fitness promotion. It is thus suggested that the hectic modern men should make use of available time slots during their daily life for brisk walking. The advantage of the short-time exercise and easiness of brisk walking may also serve to activate one's motivation in participating and maintaining physical activity habits. |
