中文摘要 | 本研究以27位優秀大專女子足球員為受試者,年齡20.1±3.0歲(平均數±標準差),身高164.0±5.0公分,體動里58.8±7.2公斤,球齡9.6±2.9年。受試者在訓練期階段,於國立體院生理實驗室及醒吾學院田徑場,分別進地跑步機上最大攝氧量(V□)、1,600公尺跑與12分鐘跑走測驗。獲得的資料以皮爾遜積差相關及直線迴分析處理,其目的在瞭解女子足球員1,600公尺及12分鐘跑走成績與V□的相關性,結果發現,受試者1,600公尺跑(413.4±32.0秒)與V□(43.2±3.9ml/kg/min)有顯著的(p<0.05)負相關(r=.44),而受試者12分鐘跑走成績(1,460±149.9公尺)與V□呈顯著的(p<0.01)正相關(r=.69)。本研究資料顯示,大專女子足球員1,600公尺跑12分鐘跑走成績,皆與其V□有顯著相關性,而其中又以12分鐘跑走的成績效度較高,是預測V□較佳的選擇,其迴歸方程式:V□ (ml/kg/min)=-1.086848 + 0.017991 (12分鐘跑走成績;單位:公尺)。 |
英文摘要 | Twenty-seven college soccer players with age 20.1±3.0 years (means±SD), height 164.0±5.0cm, weight 58.8±7.2 kg, experience 9.6±2.9years, were accepted a treadmill maximal oxygen uptake (V□) test, 1600m-running and 12 minutes run-walk. Person product-moment correlation and linear regression were used to analysis the relationships among 1,600m-running, 12 minutes run-walk and V□. The results indicated that the 1,600m-running(4.13±32.0 sec) was significantly correlation (r=-.44, p<0.05) with V□ (43.2±3.9 ml/kg/min), and the 12 minutes run-walk (2,460±149.9m) was significantly correlation (r=.69, p<0.01) with V□. We concluded that both the 1,600m-running and 12 minutes run-walk is significantly correlation with V□ in college female soccer players, 12 minutes run-walk has a higher value over 1600-running. It is suggested that 12 minutes run-walk may serve as an effective mean to predict the V□ for the female soccer players, and the regression equation for V□ prediction (ml/kg/min = -1.086848+0.017991) (12 minutes run-walk). |
