中文摘要 | 本研究主要是探討大學男生在跑步機最大攝氧量、1600(M)公尺跑走最大攝氧量、12分鐘跑走最大攝氧量的差異及相關程度。以24位身體健康之男性大學生為受試者,平均年齡20.4±1.74歲,平均身高173.4±5.3公分,平均體重67.7±7.2公斤。每一位受試者接受一次實驗室跑步機最大攝氧量測驗、二次1600M跑走測驗及二次12分鐘跑走測驗。經實測驗結果顯示跑步機平均最大攝氧量平均為50.78±4.84ml/kg/min,1600M跑走測驗最大攝氧量平均為50.36±5.32ml/kg/min,12分鐘跑走測驗最大攝氧量平均為50±4.88ml/kg/min。經重複量數變異分析後顯示跑步機平均最大攝氧量、1600M跑走測驗平均最大攝氧量及12分鐘跑走測驗平均最大攝氧量並無顯著的差異F(3,69)=0.756,p>.05。而跑步機最大攝氧量和1600M跑走測驗及12分鐘跑走測驗最大攝氧量的相關分別為r=0.814(p<.05)及0.672(p<.05),而1600M跑走測驗及12分鐘跑走測驗最大攝氧量的相關為0.935(p<.05)。由結果顯示,跑步機最大攝氧量和1600M跑走測驗最大攝氧量為高相關,而和12分鐘跑走測驗最大攝氧量為中等程度相關。1600M跑走測驗及12分鐘跑走測驗最大攝氧量相關程度最高。研究結果顯示1600M跑走最大攝氧量和實驗室跑步機最大攝氧量的相關最高。如果以測驗的經濟性和效率性的為考量,1600M跑走測驗是比較適合實施大群體人數的心肺適能測驗方法。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation and the difference of maximal oxygen uptake among running on treadmill and 1600m running and 12 minutes running for the collegiate male students. There were 24 healthy collegiate male students were selected as the subjects of this study, and mean age was 20.4±1.7 yrs., mean height was 173.4±5.3 cm, and mean weight was 67.7±7.2 kg. Each subject was asked to receive the test of maximal oxygen uptake and the test of 1600 meters run and the test of 12 minutes run alternately. After data treatment and analysis, the mean maximal oxygen uptake running on treadmill obtained 50.78±4.84ml/kg/min, and the mean maximal oxygen uptake of 1600m run received 50.36±5.32ml/kg/min, and the mean maximal oxygen uptake of 12 minutes run showed 0±4.88 ml/kg/min. After running the repeated ANOVA statistic analysis, the results showed there were no significant difference among the three kinds of running test(p>.05). There was a high correlation of maximal oxygen uptake between the test of running of treadmill and 1600m run, and there was also a medium correlation of maximal oxygen uptake between the test of running on treadmill and the test of 12 minutes run. From the results of high correlation of maximal oxygen uptake between the test on treadmill run and the test of 1600m run, the test of 1600 meters run showed high economics and high efficiency benefit for test the crowd people for the cardio-fitness. |
